Cyber Whale SRL operates Many Slides Pro. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use the service.

2. Data we collect

We collect information needed to provide and secure the service.

• Account data such as your name, email address, language, and securely hashed password.
• Projects, prompts, generated content, versions, sharing settings, and account preferences.
• Technical and usage data such as browser information, IP address, timestamps, logs, and cookies used for authentication and preferences.
• The date and policy version recorded when you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide accounts and projects, generate and export content, operate sharing and billing features, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate essential service updates, and improve reliability and quality.

4. Storage and subprocessors

We use Cloudflare as a subprocessor and infrastructure provider. Account and application data is stored in Cloudflare's database services, and Cloudflare may process network, security, compute, storage, and logging data to operate Many Slides Pro.

5. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

6. Your rights and account controls

You can access and update account information and use the account export feature to obtain a copy of your data. You can also use Delete my account to permanently request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legally required retention. You may contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion rights.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage required for authentication, security, language, theme, and service preferences. You can control cookies through your browser, although required cookies are necessary for signed-in features.

8. International processing

Cloudflare and other service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

10. Lawful basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)

We process personal data under the following lawful bases. Where multiple bases could apply, we apply the strongest.

11. Retention periods

We apply the following retention windows. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days except where legal obligations require longer storage.

12. Sub-processors

In addition to Cloudflare (the hosting and infrastructure provider), we use the following sub-processors. We update this list whenever a new sub-processor is added.

13. EU representative (GDPR Art. 27)

Although we are established in the Republic of Moldova, we serve users in the European Union. Our designated EU representative is available at privacy@manyslide.pro and will respond to GDPR rights requests within 30 days.

14. Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065)

For users in the European Union, we operate the notice-and-action mechanism, the statement of reasons, and the out-of-court dispute body references of DSA Articles 14 to 21. Reports about public artifacts go through the "Report this artifact" button on every shared view.

15. EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and AI literacy (Art. 4)

We deploy general-purpose AI systems and label every artifact, share preview, and export with "Generated by Many Slides Pro using AI" together with the model name. Our staff is trained in prompt evaluation, hallucination risks, model limits, and incident reporting. Records are kept by the engineering team.
