10. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version and date here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to hello@manyslide.pro.
11. Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065)
Where you are in the European Union, the DSA applies. We are a hosting intermediary for shareable artifacts and operate below the Very Large Online Platform threshold, but we voluntarily honour the notice-and-action mechanism, statement-of-reasons, and out-of-court dispute body references of Articles 14 to 21, even though we are not legally required to do so.
- Single point of contact for EU authorities: legal@manyslide.pro
- Public artifacts can be reported via the "Report this artifact" button on every shared view; we triage reports within 7 days.
- When an artifact is restricted, the author receives a written statement of reasons at the email on file.
- EU-certified out-of-court dispute bodies are listed in the next section.
12. Out-of-court dispute settlement
EU residents may bring unresolved complaints about content moderation, share restrictions, or account actions to the following certified bodies, which act as independent mediators between you and Many Slides Pro:
- Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) - United Kingdom and EU cross-border
- Mediator.eu - pan-EU certified out-of-court dispute body
- The European Digital Services Act Coordinator in your country of residence
13. EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689)
Many Slides Pro deploys general-purpose AI systems provided by Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not train models. We route prompts and orchestrate quality agents. EU AI Act Art. 50 transparency disclosures are visible on every artifact surface, share preview, and exported file.
14. Prohibited uses (Art. 5 EU AI Act)
- Subliminal techniques beyond a person's consciousness that materially distort behavior causing harm
- Exploiting vulnerabilities due to age, disability, or social or economic situation
- Social scoring by public authorities leading to detrimental treatment

15. Annex III high-risk contexts
If you direct the studio to produce content for an Annex III high-risk context, you acknowledge that you are the responsible deployer under EU AI Act Art. 26. The studio will surface a warning before generation, which you must explicitly accept.
